Can you get a closeup of the mint mark in question?

Yes a retail value would be nice if it is or not.

So far all I see is a nice grade of MS-64 or 65 coin. A keeper for sure. But a RPM is not visible.

the closeup of the obverse is great. We just need that same closeup on the claimed RPM.

When I enlarge the mm in question on a laptop the view becomes too grainy and it's virtually impossible for me to give a definitive answer.
makecents, if it would be possible to upload an enlarged close-up photo with similar or better resolution compared to the 1st photo of the mm, the viewers would be able to more accurately resolve this issue with certainty.

Here are the images side by side. You can see the progression of die states happening on this die. Die scratches, fading die scratches and die flow setting in. Even a RPM shows on the center image that disappears in the last image on the serifs. The first image looks damaged on the upper mint mark area.
