For some reason shrinking the reverse caused the quality to suffer much more than the front, and the color never came out right either.

It is very hard to grade a note or a coin by photo , but it looks to be about Vf. In the picture provided I can not see and maybe 2 folds right hand corner looks like it was bent once. Nice note lookbetter than the grade except for what I mentioned.
