Looks too well-struck, and the colour too silvery (if that's the actual colour), to be missing clad. What does it look like from the side?

Not missing a clad layer. If that was the case, one side would have a dark brown or red color, and both sides would likely have some strike weakness. Yours may simply be toned or stained.

On occasion the silvery cupro nickel covers the copper layer completely. Doesn't happen often but I have found a few in my days. Neat coin
