The picture is quite blurry.
If you want help with identification, it helps if you make sharp pictures from each side separately. It seems some of the legend on the right picture at least should be legible with a better picture.

I'm pretty sure it's British gaming token I have several in brass and a few in copper. I have attached a photo of 2 pieces one from 1809 and one from 1768 both brass
