This coin looks to have some kind of a die break on the leaves. Is this a common occurence? Thanks, Louis

You're correct. It is a die issue called a die chip. On coinage as a whole, they are very, very common. As for die chips on Washington quarters, I have not seen that many. Still, most die chips carry no premium over face value.

Good eye. I wouldn't have seen it.
