It looks like a BIE error but could just be a gas bubble or something. What date is it?

I think maybe I need a new scope :) this picture doesn't clearly show the B in between the B and R.

It doesn't appear raised, so it couldn't be a be a BIE. A die chip would be raised from the field. It looks like it could be damaged. Note the distortion on the "B" and the "E".
