I am looking at buying a 1/4 AGE, it is slabbed MS68, I intend on breaking it out of the slab, but the description says it has some milk spots.. will those come off easily?

No. Those spots are permanent. They're the scourge of Modern coinage.

It is fairly easy to to get rid of these spots. Here are some methods
>Use a jewelry wipe >Use cloudy ammonia >Use a clean eraser >Use Toothpaste and a cloth
It shouldn't be a problem to get rid of.

I would like to get rid of the spots, without damaging the coin...
Would verdi-care remove them?

Okay thanks all, this is now a moot point. I found a non-graded coin without spots for the same price.

I should have read better; it completely passed me by that we're discussing Gold Eagles. They don't develop "milk spots," but alloy irregularity can cause copper spots of a red appearance. Gold does not tarnish or color easily, so I'd be pretty leery of one described as having spots. You should be fine with the one you've purchased.

Good thing. You can remove them but copper spots just keep coming back.

The coin is no longer MS68 with the milk spots.
I would not bother to buy it in the slab, as is.
If I already owned it, I would remove it from the slab and give it a bath in acetone, but with only small expectation that the acetone will be of any benefit. It would then go into a screw capsule; the capsule then go into a standard 20 pocket polypropylene album page. If a large capsule was needed, it would go into a 12 pocket album page.
