here are a few coins I recently found in bank rolls at work.i work in retail and every so often come across something you normally dont receive from the bank.the first one.the liberty v nickle.well I know its not worth much but I cant believe it made it thru the banks and into circulation, well it wont ever be back out there il keep it with my collection, the secound one had me going huh? untill I got home and took a picture,it appears to be a 5cent coin from a cassino in st.louis.missouri,omg how could this get into the banks?lolwell its kinda kool tho.well ive found several passo's.so I guess cassino money is just as good.CRASH...

Nice finds. The Casino token is now obsolete. The President and all other Casinos in the area are using ticket-in/ticket-out. All their $.05, .25, and $1 tokens were removed and I presumed melted for scrap. It's virtually the same size and weight as a nickel so it could easily have been wrapped up by a bank and sent to you.

I doubt it will ever have any collector value, especially in that condition. It's still a neat conversation piece.

Nice finds. I find some interesting stuff in the cash drawer at work from time to time. However, I have yet to run across anything from a casino! That definitely makes a good conversations piece for us coin nuts.

It's not 2 hard to let those things slip threw the banks. Most of those rolls are ones the banks get from customers and they hand back out again. (We always try to not open rolls of coin). I tend to buy all the nickel rolls that we have latly I have found a lot of the casino coin's, I love the way most of them look.
