What do you guys think of this one? I just received the coin, and it looks good, but a bunch of hairlines from an old cleaning. is it worth 275$

looks XF-40 to me. I am no expert on the values of CBH's but it seems a reasonable price for the error.

AU definitely cleaned. I begs the question, is it worth $275. In my opinion yes, it's a beautiful coin. Others may disagree. Know too that I'm primarily a cent collector and I am not working on a set of these so serious collectors of CBHs may have higher standards. Beautiful coin.

If it's XF40 the price is just ok IMHO. Very nice coin though, and I'm anxious to see what others say.

XF-45 details. Personally I think you can find a nicer one for the price. Can't verify an overdate form these pics.

I am positive it is an Overton 116. It has all the key characteristics, and you can see the faint 0 just to the left of the 5. I am considering returning it due to the hairlines I see under a loupe.

The attribution is correct.
Only my opinion. I'd return it. Hairlines are tough.
This variety is often overlooked, at least by sellers on ebay. You should be able to find one problem free.
If you're thinking resale value, you'll have a tough time getting your money back.
If you like it, keep it.
