I recall seeing this mentioned in Coin World. Is there a premium for this mint set?

Probably in the mint token area? Or are there two in the cent area?

A nice find, but I don't think much of a premium for this though. I've never heard of one before like yours.

That is pretty cool, I am sure someone would pay a premium for it, I have seen people pay premiums for Canadian sets where one coin is flipped the wrong way.

Common packing error, sets like this typically bring about a $1 premium.

I'd hang on to it. It is certainly uncommon enough to be a nice error for the collection.
