Is it uncirculated? Either way, it's worth more than face. I'm doubting moon money since the offprint is not that great...

Usually the best way to get an idea of the value is to see what similar things have sold for on the bay. But I don't recall seeing anything like this.

This is more than just an incorrect cut since part of the design is off as well.

I'm sure it's worth something but big money seems to be in notes that are missing elements of the design.
