Got this for 4GBP so it hasn't broken the bank. Anybody got any idea what it is? Unable to identify the monogram, am wondering if it is a barbaric imitation? Celtic?

This is a tough one. I thought it might be Byzantine, but I haven't been able to find anything to match it.

Seems to be quite thick?
