Solid AU55 and market-acceptable surfaces in my opinion. The scans won't show luster, of course, but they will show surface irregularities to the informed viewer and nothing here scares me.
The reverse is a bit flat - note the talons - so one allows a bit for strike and I think 55 is appropriate although the obverse might argue for 50.
