I don't think it is the same as the one on coppercoins (1937D-1DO-004) based on the location of the mintmark. on your coin the mintmark appears to be lower than on the coin on coppercoins.com. Your coin shows the top of the D below the tail of the 9, while on coppercoins, it show the mintmark higher than the bottom of the 9. Based on that I don't think it's from the same set of dies.
However, it is noted on the coppercoins website that this may be a form of master die doubling, which could appear on other sets of dies (similar to the master die doubling of 1972). So it is possible that this is what you have. It is hard for me to tell in the photos if the eyelid is doubled. In the first two it looks damaged, in the third, maybe I see something, but hard to tell.
