MS63 I can see some wear around her ear, which kept me from saying my first impression of MS65

i have a feeling this coin is much better to judge in-hand and much more lustrous than the photos give it credit. Based on that I am going to say you've got an MS65 from PCGS.
great pick up for a first type year issue and certainly compliments your slabbed 7070.

Sorry for delay...kinda preoccupied with work, school, emergency room trips, etc... PCGS gave it a MS61...I thought that was quite low myself, but it should does look nice in hand.
