Sorry for so many posts today but I am going through a lot of dimes.

This is the first I've seen this, and it is rather strong line, just like a overdate, but in a weird position. Anyone ever seen this? Assuming it must be another grease/polishing issue?

I have the impression, looking all around the 4, that this might be a lamination issue.
