Did you mean a 2014 LSC from the Philly mint or is there a 2014 D LSC that was struck without the D? I read last night: 13,000,000,000 2014 LSCs struck last year.

They'll be there in numbers at some point if not now. It usually takes a few months into a new year before they start to show up in numbers. I don't see many 2014Ds here on the East Coast, but they're common enough of late. Sometimes it's just a regional thing regarding availability.

I found one here just a few weeks ago... Very uncommon considering I've gotten over $15 in 2014 D's...

Picked one off the floor in a store here in Saskatoon, Canada last week.

This post made me go look at all my change. I normally put all change in a place to be looked at later. Oddly enough, no 2014 Pennies at all. And that is from about 50+ coins. Lots of 2013 and 2012 but no 2014 or at least yet. Not sure but I think new coins just don't get circulated for a while.

I have a whole roll of 2014 cents that I have taken out of pocket change. Here on the east coast, you get one almost every time you get change.

Same here. East coast, plenty of Philly 2014 cents.
2014-D is the one that seems scarce to me. I have at most two.

I've got plenty of 2014 Philly's and Denver's. I keep finding them. And haven't done a box of cents this past year (unfortunately).

I got a couple of 2014P pennies last summer when I went to New York. I forgot where I put them.

It's rather interesting how these coins make their ways through circulation. I recently saw a poster here who wondered whether or not to save the box of solid 2014s from the bank. With billions and billions made, the thought to me was obvious: return them. However, other members mentioned how they sold two solid boxes of 2014s for $80 or $90. Who would pay that and why I thought - for a readily available coin. That being said, after hearing the situation here, I can understand to some degree why abundant objects can be scarce. I do believe, however, that our membership here will be swimming in 2014s in due time. Now the wait is on to see who will find the first 2015 and 2015D. March/April I suppose.
Good luck on the hunt!
