That list is definitely dodgy:

Um, no 1921 or 21-D? 19-D and 19-S are *better* dates I guess, but probably not even top ten, not even counting varieties.
I think the point of such a list would be something useful to someone completely unfamiliar with the series, or with coin collecting generally. "Hey, I inherited my uncle's old coins, which ones are gonna make me rich?" But with all the possibilities for varieties, strike rarities, condition rarities and other odd cases (1856 Flying eagle, etc.) such a list is not going to be any more helpful than a price guide.
