Looks like the mint mark is suffering from machine damage on the mint mark. The date probably has the same damage in the same direction?

Coop no way to be MD this time. It's a proof coin. The picture is not good and therefore you think so.

Proof coins can have machine damage on them. Some of the strongest examples of Machine Doubling is on proof coins.
