OK, I have no idea what this is. It belongs to relative of my wife. I soaked it in Verdis care. You should have seen it before hand. Anyway, can anyone give me an idea of what it is?

Yup, it's from the Austrian half of Austria-Hungary, 2 heller, 1896. Not worth much of anything in this condition, but everybody seems to love the Dual Monarchy.
