Rackster Pillar of the Community United States 4809 Posts	Posted 01/20/2015 10:28 pm These look like damaged coins ( PMD). The damage was caused after leaving the mint. The 1940 also looks cleaned. Too bad the older cents are damaged. Report this Post to the Staff
