Looks AU from the photos, but maybe a bit lower, can't tell.

Judging by the wear on Britannia and the highest points of the obverse, I'd say Good VF - but that's being British! These coins were issued with a black finish to avoid confusion with half-sovereigns, and you can tell that this one has seen some circulation as the black has worn away on the highest points.
