And sorry for this haha-I did not mean the exclamation point like I had a MAJOR FIND just found it odd that it was a '73 and a '73d in same roll rotated-but they r minor anyway but the most rotated I've found-IM TIRED GOOD NIGHT

The rotation appears to be within tolerance so I agree with you, minor and not an error coin. But if this is the most rotated you have found then you should keep it until you can find a better one.
