John, my understanding of the grading process leads me to believe that if the date cannot be identified, the coin cannot be graded.

My guess is your coin may be 1918/1919. If the date can be identified, this coin is AG.

WAY too much detail for a PR-01 -- and possibly for a FR-02 also.
I leaning heavily towards AG-03 DETAILS.

FR02, the wheat stalks are one with the rim. AG03 would have some separation between those features. I would also say "Details" due to the red tint/paint on Lincoln's head and jacket. Looks like 1918 to me.
