That will reduce sales, and perhaps reduce the mint's propensity to market new product with increasingly frivolous themes. It will also help mint product retain it's value in the numismatic aftermarket. The seven sacred teachings may have great respect and value to most of us, but I think there is an attempt to take numismatic advantage of the collector. Suppose they get a 30% discount, that would work out to $539, close to the selling price.
