S-250 R.4 In my opinion. It may have VG-details as the envelope says but with uneven wear and really nasty corrosion I'll have to say AG-3. Probably not what you want to hear but the corrosion is a real price killer. The surface is what is referred to as "spongy". Coin was probably buried for many years.

Reverse is a VG-10. Obverse is a VG-8. Obverse is more important though, I would call it a VG-8 Details
