it could very well just be the lighting, but it looks polished to me...especially the obverse pic

That mintmark looks too big. The coin might just be polished. I'm very skeptical...

I agree about the mintmark. Definitely polished, possibly not authentic.

Completely polished, the 0 looks off in date, and also as stated the s mint mark is too big. Most likely fake coin.
