Really hard to tell from the pictures, but I'm gonna hazard a guess at EF-45 BN.

I dont know of a good online price guide, I always just use my RedBook. I would estimate this coin at about 7-8 dollars.

Hard to tell by the photos, I don't see a lot of visible wear on Lincoln's cheek, so OBV looks AU. But REV looks worn on the top of the wheat stalks, they look almost worn flat. Possibly die issue instead of wear?
At this time my safe guess is EF-40.
