I see nothing out of the ordinary. What made you ask?

Edit: May be a die chip there on the L, or a gas bubble (or even just some dirt).

Looks like a normal zincoln for the period (split plating and zinc rot).

The plating was split in two places. On the area left of "L" on LIBERTY and a puncture on the field that raised and not has fallen in. Blame it on the zinc and the copper plating.
