EF-40. Glare on the 2 x 2 makes the coin look cleaned but I'm thinking not.

Nice coin and EF40 seems right.
That is one huge date btw. Seems disproportionate to the rest of the devices at least from the photo.

The bulging in the flip makes this one difficult call. XF seems about right, surface quality is anyones guess.

Is that a scratch or clash mark under the "BUS" of PLURIBUS ? or is it on the plastic of the flip?
could be a pick up point for a Variety maybe.

I asked for pictures of the coin with less glare and from directly above. So far this is what I've got.

Looks like an O-107. That die defect or whatever under the BUS shows in the Overton book as well. It also calls out the die defect lump over the left wing

If removed from the flip you'd get much better images. To me it looks like it might be a nice XF example, simply can't tell from the images.
