silver is non magnetic and nickel when at a pure form and not alloyed with copper or something is magnetic. so yes the silvers are non-magnetic. IMO

@thedollarman

I just checked them again, didn't realize I have three sets in white cardboard holders that are from mint in plastic holders. Uncovered a piece of tape over .500 silver on left and right side it says PURE NICKEL ?

The dime and 25 cent coins do not respond to my magnetic ?

Yes, if the magnet is not catching the 10/25ยข, then they are silver. They will also look white compared to their nickel counterparts.

68 was the last year in which Canada used silver in circulation coinage (25 cents and 10 cents) They are not overly rare. but have a value over face because of the silver content.
