Not sure if this coin is doubled on the reverse but the obverse is doubled, assuming that the side with the date would be the obverse. Forgive my ignorance, I am only half way through my coin from every country campaign. Thanks for looking.

I am pretty sure those are caused by Machine Doubling (MD). The devices are reduced in width, and they have a flat shelf like feature. My Peru 1 Sol has the same MD at the bottom of the D and E.

the CE looks like MD, but I am not sure about the A or the date
