It definitely looks like a coin from the middle ages, unfortunately I can make only a few letters out.
Where did you get the coin? And what is it's diameter?

Since you are from Estonia, I will try to find my Estonian catalogue and see if I can find it in there.

Unfortunately cannot read enough of the legends to be of any help.
Hopefully someone recognises the portrait.
