I personally do not think is a fantasy token (not ruling out though).

In fb groups I have received comments that might be from roman games showing gladiators while on another site they mentioned that the numericals/lettering (with reservations) might be arabic (Arabic numerals 2867)

I would be surprise to learn it was Roman.
What is the metal?
The crack in it looks to me to be post minting. Therefore I doubt if it is silver. It could be, but I daoubt it.

The art on it is not saying Roman to me. In fact it seems rather cartoonish. Also it does not look like a hammered coin.
I think it is a token of some sort made after milled coinage was in vogue.
My bet would be a token used in the 1700 or 1800s to help tell a story of some sort.
It would not surprise me to learn it was newer than that.

It's not Roman, and the "numerals" on it are not Arabic. They're not numerals, just more of the odd "alphabet". I can't tell if the "alphabet" is just garbled nonsense, or some kind of code like the Masonic cipher, but I'm pretty sure it's not a genuine native alphabet. It sure isn't ancient Cypriot Greek.

At 49 grams, it's way, way too big to be an ancient or mediaeval silver coin; even a Greek dekadrachm is lighter than that. So it's a medal or fantasy of some sort. Judging by the porous surface in the few places where it's in focus, I'd say it's been cast.

This is not any coin type that I have ever seen before. The lettering looks Greek but written backwards. I would say it's some unknown type of token.
