Only portrait 4 was used in 1892. So, it cannot be portrait 3.

@Shafta9a...The different obverses drive me crazy to. That's where DBM was great. Nobody knew obverses like he did.

The 92 does come in 03 or 04. I think yours is 04
I grade it at VG10

I got this coin back today from ICCS. I was a little surprised with the grade as I thought it was a VG-8.

I too, thought it was worthy of a VG-08 or 10. Perhaps they net graded it, it does seem to have an old cleaning, but that's not usually taken into account with these as long long as there are no harsh hairlines since so few of the heavily circulated vicky halves haven't been cleaned at one point.

dollarman...At the time that was posted DBM was not on the forum. Unfortunately he said that he had some health issues and was in the hospital for 4 months with no internet. He's back on the forum now as I have seen him post occasionally.
zxcccxz...In hand it dosen't look to have been cleaned. No hairlines etc. ICCS just straight graded it as a G-6. ICCS is a tough grading company and usually they seem to get it right. Like I always have said , we collectors always think our coins are better than they are.
