I like the reverse design, that is the one I was in favor of. The obverse; well, Liberty looks anorexic, or maybe like one of the Metrons (Star Trek reference). I liked the versions with a more traditional Liberty.

I wonder whose idea it was to commemorate Angelina Jolie?

Like others have said above, I am not a fan of the obverse, but I like the fact that they tried to depict Lady Liberty for the first time in awhile.
