I'm pretty sure this coin is post mint damage, but after Coop posted all those error coins, I thought I had better pull this one out of my discard jar aka bank return jar. It looks to me, like someone hit it with a round device on the rear of the coin...? Better to be safe than sorry I suppose.

Yeah, I figured that. I was thinking, it was hit on the reverse with a small diameter hollow pipe on top of another slightly larger hollow pipe, which stretched out the obverse + circulation.
