Looks like Haxby PC59-378 which is obverse 37 paired with Reverse F7 http://www.vickycents.com/rev-f7.html
It looks like a DC to leaf 7, but it is hard to be sure. ed

To better see the important details..like the bottom of the I in REGINA..in the 37 OBV.

Next time move the light source to the bottom and have the light coming up to the bottom of that I,..that way we see the all important detail in the bottom of that I.

Right now it's in darkness because of the shadow,..and quite hidden from view.
