Hi, I have this penny and the I on DEI is very weak. Is this an error or is this PMD? Any idea on value if it is an error?

It might be a slight die fill/struck through grease or PMD, I can't tell from your pictures. If it was a struck through there would be no extra value because the area affected is very small.
