'98 Cent ~doubled Obverse~ Please Grade!

Hello everyone!
So I recently posted this error coin and would love to get a few rough grades on it. It has a strongly doubled queen and doubled ledgend so disregard them as damage. Also the coin suffers from a planchet/plating deficiency, its not PMD. Thanks to all for grades!!

Yes I would say MS-62 maybe MS-63, that is some serious doubling... very nice!
