hmmm its not dirt I kinda see a faint straight line just above the straight bar on the 3, is this a known variety?

blow it up as large and as clear as you can on your computer then take a screen shot and paste it into a powerpoint slide then crop and enlarge --it should come up big time if not send me the photo via email

MS-62RB ICCS, MS-64BN PCGS. The rims suggest that it could also be an AU-58 disguised as an uncirculated coin.
