P.S. it's around 40-45mm.

I think you mean Ottoman? 40 Para....no idea of the year though others will....

Yep, right place, wrong era. It's Ottoman Turkey, 40 para, dated 1255 accession, regnal year 18, which converts to 1272 Islamic calendar, or AD 1861-1862. Value, not much with that green stuff on it; maybe a dollar or two. Here's the catalogue entry for it.
