1922-strong AU with a weak strike
1945-AU details, rust under the surface which will lead to a chrome shell in the future.

I'd say AU-50 on the 1922, and AU-50 on the 1945 with a corrosion note.
The 1922 is a great example of a weakly struck coin appearing more worn than it is, and why it can be such a tough series to grade.

I would grade them both as AU with Details on the 45.
I believe the 22 is "S" near to rim.

I agree with those who are saying AU-50 on the 1922.
