I dug this up along with 100's of coins in the same area.I've been going threw them 40 years later. The date is missing 1 and only shows a 9 what appears to be a very faint 2 and 4. 1924. Is this a peel? The back is also messed up.

I didnt clean it just placed it right into the light bulb.The bottom looks like a bad strike? Again I'm new to this and just asking questions.

My son just noticed it thinner than another coin wheat as well.
