It is called a die crack. The crack was in the die that struck the coin. When struck, the metal in the coin filled that crack in the die, resulting in a raised line on the coin. Die cracks are very common on Lincoln Cents, especially at the corners of the memorial building like yours is.

I often see them on the right side of the memorial vs the left.

Here is one I found and it took a great picture. It has two die cracks. The cracks can even happen on all 4 of the Memorial corners.
