My buddy picked these up yesterday and would like to know what grade they are. I took these pics in a hurry this morning and never noticed the discolored area around the date on the half. Took two pics of both sides and it was on the 2nd pic to so it must be there.

This is a CC dollar and appears to be naturally toned.

He paid 70 for the half and 80 for the Morgan.

Top one is a high fine, while the other one is easily XF, as seen with some of the details. Your friend payed around an average price for each of them. Pretty cool things. I'm no professional grading service, but they look good
