The number of coins definitely goes up in comparison with previous months.
Many coins there are part of the series: either current or new.

I see the continuation of the following series:
Next Ducks - 25-cent coin looks acceptable, the silver one is ugly.
Next Exploring Canada - people are digging out per-historical Canadians - dinosaurs.
Next Big 10 cents
Next Interconnections - gold, set of 3 silver coins
Next Legacy of the Canadian Nickel
Next Fish
Next Dragonfly
Next Star Charts
Next First Nations Art

At least 3 new series commemorating WWI, WWII, Canadian Home Front.

A few coins are really interesting, not sure if there will be a series.
One of them is $10 silver Cardinal coin (bird). The image is very similar to the famous Cardinal from the Birds of Canada series, but it's done by another artist. The interesting part here is that the colouring of the bird is done using the same technique as it was used for painting costumes on Winnipeg Ballet coins - a.k.a "Sheer Effect". This coin looks really promising.

Thank you, mts.
Have that one as single "hologram" and "fish" in collection. if the next one will not be something special - the first will be enough.

The "War" series - interesting, what they've added to the coins that already issued...

Is it really King George V' effigy (and not VI) on the WWII coins - this could be strange.

Yes, of course WWII coins have effigy of King George VI.
For the Home Front series it would be interesting if they would mix effigies of different monarchs.

Canada Post does not sell 50 cent roll. So have to wait for the RCM release email from rep to know that

I caught a quick glimpse of the March release this week, I only made a mental note of a few coins and I can't remember all the details exactly...some have already been mentioned above ^

The 2nd coin of the Legacy of the Canadian Nickel is very nice, reverse of 1920-1936.(I'm not a fan of the gold gilded effigies tho)

Silver coin with WWII fighter plane, effigy of George VI...I might pick one up just to display the obverse .

The 2nd coin in the Sportfish series shows a pike lurking on the edge of a weed bed. A must have for me. Maybe not executed as nicely as the bass, but it seems they are trying mimic each species natural behavior/habitat.

Lastly, and I'm a little confused about this one, is the 3-coin 'Interconnections' set. I thought it was a moon mask set, but then again I don't know what the difference would be? I had zero interest in 3-coin hologram set that they released in 2014(mintage 7500) but this set has a one colored(enamel?), one high relief and one antique finish. LOW mintage of only 3000 and issue around $350-$360. The gold coin will be sold seperately, and is another very nice coin but too expensive.

This is sounds very interesting.
Same - the hologram not me, but crafted in silver.....should be amazing. (planned to jump on the next "HR mask") . Well, again, bit costly. And of cause immediate question - assuming that it 3.000 cased sets, and what about amount of singles, that probably will be issued too?
