Great point Prethen. This is clearly a scam. I would stay away from it and contact ebay (assuming it's listed there) of the issue. Scammers are becoming more sophisticated and it's obvious how much money is in rare coins and precious metals. Be very careful. I am sure you heard of the old saying... it's too good to be true. Another recommendation is as what CoinCollector2012 said. Ask to send to grading service (NGC/PCGS). Your offer is contingent if it returns good. Offer to reimburse for grading too.

That's a live auction accepting internet bids through ebay. Owner is probably buying it back.
