Has anyone seen this slab holder before?

Or know where it was certified MS-62?

Thanks

not knowing a ton about U.S. TPGs the scale on the side with the grade makes me think NGC.

Yes, it's NGC, the certification number matches upon look up.

That's an NGC 4 holder used 1989 to 1992. This was the first NGC slab variety to use a hologram. Unfortunately the holoram is on the outside of the slab and is rather delicate. Most of these have had their holograms destroyed by dealers or auction house stickers.

As some people have said, it looks like an older NGC holder.

Not happy about the coin.......! Details not sharp.
I have never had a slab in 50 years of collecting, and so I am in no way familiar with slabs, authentic or otherwise.

I do not collect this type, but is the strike not really weak on this coin? I would imagine a Mint State coin would really pop and this one just doesn't do it for me. Maybe its just the photo?
