Why would you ask for a grade and then show us PCGS photograde pictures? In my opinion PCGS over grades coins terribly and NGC is even worse. I'm at F-12, maybe F-15.

Also, Night-Hawk, it helps those of us who learned grading years ago before
the dreaded 'creep' became more and more common.
Earlier today I was looking on ebay at 1913-S Quarters IN NGC & PCGS PLASTIC which I thought were
more generously graded than the coin deserved.
The 1938-D Half caught my attention because I had bought one raw years ago, in Fine, and
ANACS concurred. As a semi-key it might be more prone to more generous grading than warranted.

So... not just new people but long time collectors benefit from these posts. Thank you.

(Still have my Brown and Dunne Grading Book - NO pictures, just line drawings!)
